  • Former holder of senior Management roles in Australia, Afica and Asia Pacific

16 years experience of leading corporate affairs strategy for multinational businesses operating in regulated markets. Formally held senior management roles within RWE Group, Centrica plc. and Statkraft, and acted as a senior advisor to Visa Europe, Barclays plc. and Drax Group. Has led communications and public affairs to obtain the right policy environment, planning consents and stakeholder support for a portfolio of renewables assets in excess of 6GW, representing over £9 billion of investment, and acted as a shareholder representative in joint ventures with Masdar, Equinor, SSE plc. and China Resources (Holdings).

Mark holds a BSc in Computer Science. With a software engineering background in astro physics, Mark is a SME with 23 years capital markets experience in equities and equity derivatives trading, product management and technology. Holding senior technology and product positions at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, Credit Suisse, Black Rock, RBS Capital Markets, Barclays Capital, TPICAP, Sunrise and BGC Partners.
