Founded in 2006, we are firmly committed to investing alongside our partners in people, technologies and projects that are compatible with a net zero carbon pathway for the EU.
Investing directly in project we believe, we specialise in the development of high value assets and growth opportunities that help move us towards a safer environment. We believe that Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) should not just be part of an investment, they should be the core of every investment.
Our depth and experience of working within renewable energy and storage solutions, alongside road, rail and general infrastructure allows us add value to the management teams we support.

Held senior leadership positions within European and Asian Infrastructure, Property, Media and Telecommunications funds and senior roles within Accenture. Former Group CEO Asian Listed Enterprise and Managing Partner Investment Funds, alongside Board member of family trusts.

Former holder of senior Management roles in Australia, Africa, Asia Pacific and Europe.Responsible for the technical strategy and performance of operations in Telecommunications, Mining and Energy companies. Advanced degrees in mathematics, statistics and finance.

Gary has 30 years of fund management and real estate including in-depth experience of acquiring and developing commercial real estate and Infrastructure projects ,including land acquisition, planning, management of contracts, leasing and operations – in Portugal, Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Sweden, France and UK.

Mark holds a BSc in Computer Science with a software engineering background in astro physics. 23 years capital markets experience in equities and equity derivatives trading, product management and technology. Holding senior technology and product positions at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, Credit Suisse, Black Rock, RBS Capital Markets, Barclays Capital, TPICAP, Sunrise and BGC Partners
Dominic Schmidt
Legal Officer
Dominik is a German qualified lawyer who specialised in commercial law. He has experience in the private and public sector and has focused on the commercial side of things in his Master’s in International Commercial law.
